Getting Started

• All companies that sell their securities to investors in United States markets are required to file certain information about their finances, ownership, and management with the SEC on a periodic basis. Other companies, such as mutual funds, and certain individuals who own securities are required to file reports with the SEC as well.
  
  There is a fee involved in many of these filings; the information contained in the following website is designed by the SEC to walk you through the process of submitting fee payments.

• Before you can electronically file with the SEC on EDGAR, you must become an EDGAR filer with authorized access codes. The website below will allow you to create a Form ID and submit it for authorization to the SEC. Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique CIK via e-mail. You will then return to this site and use your CIK and a passphrase to create your EDGAR access codes. Once you have your access codes, you may use EDGAR to begin electronically filing. This website may also be used to regenerate your access codes.

1. Send us your electronic file via email to filing@edgarexperts.com with the required information:
   
       ● Issuer name and type of form to be filed
       ● Format of conversion ASCII or HTML
       ● Contact person, phone number and email
       ● CIK and CCC codes for the filing
       ● Filing deadline

   
   
2. We convert your documents and return them to you via email in a PDF attachment.
3. You review the documents and advise us of any changes. We work hand in hand with you to make sure the documents are exactly to your specifications.
4. You authorize us to file the form to the SEC EDGAR system
5. We will do a test and a live filing of the documents, we notify you of the SEC acceptance of the filing.
